In memory of
Cecil William Booth (Bill)
Bill sadly passed away on 18th July, 2020 at the age of 94. He was a very strong active man who loved his outdoor sports, Horse racing, Shooting, Fishing and Golf.
He was born in Caversfield, Bicester and left school at 14 to follow an apprenticeship as a car mechanic and then went on to own garages in Bicester, along with other companies in his long working life. Along with his wife Yvonne, daughter Rosemary and son Stephen, the family moved to Water Stratford in 1970 and still reside there today. In his later years, he enjoyed pottering in his vegetable garden and following his race horses. He had 47 winners under National Hunt Rules, with the last winner 4 days before he died.
Much loved husband, Father and Grandfather, he will be sadly missed by all.
