Phyllis Elizabeth Smee, wife of Anthony, Mother of Mark Simon & Robert, Brother & Sister to Bill & Nanette Grandmother to Charles Mekela Toni-Louise Olivia Matthew Arthur Grace & Poppy, Great Grandmother to Grayson Auntie to Billie, sadly passed away peacefully Sunday 12th September 2021.
Phyllis (Mum, Nan, Nanny, Great Nan Sister Auntie) loved and worshipped her extended family and was dearly loved by each and every single one of them.
Phyllis (Mum, Nan, Nanny, Great Nan Sister Auntie) will be sorely missed by us all in the years ahead and leaves a big hole in all of our broken hearts.
No matter who came round to visit or who she bumped into in the street Phyllis always had time for a couteous friendly chat. Phyllis would welcome you into her home with open arms always offering a cup of tea with some cake or biscuits.
Phyllis was such a caring loving person to all of her family and shared the same love and attention to each and everyone of them.
That super smile and the glistening eyes when she was in the company of all her families children will be treasured forever.
Her family extended further to Daughter, Brother & Sister in laws who were all cherished very much giving her a great sense of achievement and creating a legacy of offspring for many years to come.
Phyllis would not wish for masses of flowers but if you wish to make a difference you can donate to one of her favourite charities Guide dogs for the blind.
There will be special envelopes with the remembrance book for you to leave a donation at the service chapel and the wake afterwards or you can donate direct via the donation page here. (don't forget to gift aid)
