This service is open to all and can help you get the emotional, social, or practical support you need. Our Never Alone programme also runs events such as coffee mornings or knit and natter groups across the Southeast. We hope that by supporting families in our areas we can help reduce loneliness and encourage greater mental health benefits.

How Never Alone can help you

Our Never Alone service offers recommendations, groups and resources that are local to you. You could join an arts group to bring some creativity to your life. You could find a coffee morning to meet new people in a similar situation. If loneliness is significantly impacting your well-being, you may consider seeking support from a mental health professional. Come and talk to one of our colleagues.
