One option is to arrange a no ceremony funeral or a direct cremation, which are simple, low-cost options in which the person who has died is cremated without a funeral service or ceremony. A direct cremation is often known as simple or pure cremation, and it includes the collection of the deceased person in a vehicle and the cremation is arranged for you.

Which low-cost funerals does CPJ Field offer?

CPJ Field recognise the importance of choice and offer a range of funeral services from simple, low-cost options or no-ceremony funerals, through to more elaborate funerals with a ceremony.

There are many bespoke funeral choices that we offer families, and it is our solemn promise to discuss all options with you to ensure you have the funeral you wish for your loved one.

We arrange direct cremation through our specialist service, Liberty Cremations, who will handle all the details for you. We also offer funerals without a ceremony arranged directly from our local funeral homes.

What is the difference between a funeral without a ceremony and a direct cremation?

A no-ceremony funeral is a service delivered via our local CPJ Field funeral homes. The service that we provide is the same high standard that you would expect from us, only that on the day of the cremation itself, the coffin is accompanied by our funeral team, and unattended by family members and mourners.

A direct cremation is a simple option with no flowers, no hearse, and no ceremony in the presence of your loved one.
