Our Memorial Services

CPJ Field Memorials

There are many different ways to create a memorial to commemorate someone’s life. We assist families in many different ways, personalising the memorial choice and tailoring it to the family’s wishes. Here are a few ideas of how you can create a memorial in someone’s honour:

Hold a memorial service

This can be held a few weeks or months after a person’s death. Memorial services can be informal or formal; a more intimate or a larger gathering; more traditional or completely unique. Often it is fitting for members of the family or friends to deliver a eulogy to celebrate the life of the person who has died and to play special music at the occasion. Videos can also be played to bring to life the lovely memories of a life lived.

Create permanent outdoor memorials

Memorial benches, memorial trees, memorial gardens or memorial headstones are all ways to honour and remember.

Keepsakes

Personalised jewellery such as bracelets, rings, necklaces or cufflinks are lovely ways to remember a loved one, or to give as a gift to a special family member.

Digital tributes

Creating a digital tribute by collecting photos or videos that can be shared online is a great way to join friends and family together and is part of our service.
