Our Funerals
We offer two funeral options, both of which can be personalised:
Cost is always an important consideration to everyone. We’ve been arranging funerals since 1690, and we’ve helped families with all budgets. With such a legacy in funeral planning, here’s what we think can help:
An unattended cremation: A simple, dignified cremation, without a service. Some families hold a separate gathering later, in their own time.
Fewer optional extras: The funeral itself is what matters. You can have flowers, an order of service, and a hearse procession, or you can keep things simple and put the money toward something else. A memorial. A gathering. A tree planted in their name.
A conversation with us early on:Tell us your budget at the start, and we’ll work within it. If money is a worry, there are options available to help with financial costs. We’ll talk through what’s possible, and we’ll follow your lead from there.
What to expect from us
No surprises. We’ll provide you a written estimate before anything is booked, and we’ll explain every line of it. If something doesn’t feel right at any point, tell us, and we’ll fix it.
