Grief

If you’re struggling with grief, remember you’re never alone

Many of us experience grief when someone close to us dies. It’s important to remember that every person’s experience and how they react to their grief is unique. If it’s affecting your life at the moment, try to remember that you’re not alone. There are many sources of support that may help you, from professional therapy to local charities for those in a similar situation.

Getting the support you need

As a family company with decades of experience, we can help you to find the right support for you as part of our Never Alone programme. Never Alone is open to all regardless of age and can help you find the emotional, practical or social support you need to help manage grief and continue life without a loved one.

How Never Alone can help you

Our Never Alone programme offers recommendations, groups and resources that are local to you. At this difficult time, you could get a recommendation to a local group which may allow you to find a new interest such as a club, hobby, or sport. You would also be welcome to join one of our coffee mornings or knit and natter groups in your local town as a small step to gaining more confidence and helping you to manage your grief.
