I have been with CPJ Field for 13 years now and have thoroughly enjoyed working here. Our office is in a village, near Brighton, and I am local to the area which helps enormously when talking with our families. Knowing the area well means we can stay very well connected in the village and the surrounding areas.
Outside of work I love to crochet and often make things to be included in our various window displays.
I was born in Brighton and have a great knowledge of the local area. I started in the funeral profession when I was 16 as a trainee funeral operative. I obtained my Diploma in Funeral Directing when I was 22 and started working in the Village of Rottingdean. In September 2022, I reached the milestone of working with the Field family and serving the community for 40 years. To be able to help families at such a sad time, is something I feel I do from within me.
In my spare time, I enjoy music and have been collecting vinyl records since I was very young. I married my husband André in 2022. We enjoy trips to the theatre, nice meals at pubs and restaurants and walking our two small dogs.
I joined the team at Christopher Stringer’s in September 2025, although my interest in the funeral profession and helping people during the most difficult time in their lives, goes back much further. Tailoring our services to the needs of the families we help is of the utmost importance to me, and something I always strive to achieve.
In my spare time, I like to crochet and take my little dog, Marceline, on adventures around Brighton. She loves a pub and can be found attempting to steal any poorly guarded chips.
