*£1000 contribution towards third party fees is taken as a contribution and shown in table for illustrative purposes. You do not have to pay this at the time of purchase if you do not want to. No burial plan will include the cost of purchasing the grave.
Third Party Fees
In the course of arranging a funeral, other third party charges are incurred: these can include fees from the certification doctor, the celebrant or church and the crematorium or cemetery and are not included in the price of our plans. For example, our plans do not cover the cost of a burial plot. If you wish to do so, you can make a contribution to these costs at the time you purchase your plan. You do not have to do this if you do not wish to do so but this will mean that these costs will have to be met by your estate or next-of-kin at time of need. If you choose to make a contribution towards disbursement, this will be invested in the Golden Leaves Trust but we cannot guarantee that this investment will grow to match the cost of these at time of need so it is possible that there may be a balance to pay which your next-of-kin or estate may need to settle at time of need.
Golden Leaves Third Party Fees Guarantee:
When you buy one of our plans, we guarantee to provide the purchased funeral services at time of need with nothing further to pay but a cremation or burial would need to be purchased separately. If you choose to make a contribution to these costs when you buy a plan, it is possible that the cost at time of need will be more than your contribution and a balance may need to be paid by your estate or next-of-kin. If you choose a cremation and wish to safeguard your loved ones against any possible price increase, you can contribute a sum and protect the cost of the cremation by purchasing the Golden Leaves Third Party Fees Guarantee. This means that there will be no further cremation fee costs to pay: these costs and the Minister's fees will be fully covered by Golden Leaves whenever the funeral takes place. The cost of the Golden Leaves Thirds Party Fees Gurantee is dependent on the fees chargeable by your chosen crematorium and is shown below.

- Band A: Current Cremations Fee Allocation £700 and Under £199 - £199;
- Band B: Current Cremations Fee Allocation £701 to £900 - £249;
- Band C: Current Cremations Fee Allocation £901 and Above - £349
