    Simon was my closest friend for over 30years. The thought that he will no longer be is without doubt left a void I will never fill.

    Simon was one of the kindest, gentlest and charactered people I have ever met. I only knew him for too short a while yet it was a privilege.

    I first met Simon over thirty years ago whilst living and training at a hospital in surrey. Sadly we lost touch but Hold found memories of him. Most of all I remember his kindness, his passion and his unique outlook on life. he was truly one of lives true gentlemen.
    Until we meet again. Rest easy bonie man
