You welcomed me into your family as one of your own. Being good mates with Steve, staying over at your house one Christmas, you gave me the talk about Arsenal playing good football an being a great team, the Invincibles etc.
You were one of a kind, a true diamond Geezer.
You will be sorely missed.
May you be in peace now pain free.
We will catch up with you when we eventually reach the other side.

Fred, you was one hell of a character from the first time i met you. You welcomed me into your home when i first met steve and you put up with a lot from us boys through the years. You tried your best to convince me to support a proper team over the years,but that was never going to happen!!!
