Ian - a great friend of 40 years who never failed to light up a room as he entered with his wonderful humour and infectious, cheeky smile. A kind, thoughtful man who was always interested in others as well as loving to share his own great experiences. Thank you for so much fun, Ian; for many games of mahjong; walks and evenings out - it has been a privilege to have you in our lives and we have been truly humbled by your amazing strength and positivity over the last few months.
Sending love and hugs to you Pat, Helen and John at such a sad and difficult time - so sorry that we will be away on 12th but we will be thinking of you, and of course, like you have many happy memories to treasure for ever.

Deepest sympathies, sharing in your sadness as you remember Ian. Love from all.
Ian, you drunkenly agreed at a Pitstone Summer Ball to make me a dining table for my first house and you were true to your word. The same table now sits in our family home and Tom and I get to watch our family grow up sat around it making happy memories and remembering your infectious smile and silliness x

I am so sorry for your loss. My love to you, Pat and all your family. Your marriage was an inspiration and source of steadfastness in our rapidly changing world. Your obvious love, kindness and support of each other was how the world should be. A better place because of people like you and relationships like yours and Ians. Nothing will change that. With so much love
