It was very sad to hear of the passing of Danielle. I remember her from the many lunches that I was invited to over the years and found her very kind and attentive. She seemed to me to be very fit and healthy and her sudden death must have come as a great shock to you all. Comiing at this time of the year and leaving Jeff at this piont in his life when he needs support is doubly upsetting.
You will come to terms with this in time, but will have lovely memories of Danielle to help you all through this.

Although we are in Spain for the winter, we received the very sad and unexpected death of dear Danni. We are both full of sadness, not only for Danni, but the huge loss for Geoff.
I know how much support, help and love she gave him.
We hope he will be cared for during this very difficult period.

    With great sorrow,
    Malcolm and Evelyn Brodie

My dear Jeff, Damien and Leonie
Danielle was such a lovely lady, always so smart and beautifully turned out. She looked after Jeff so well, never a cross word, except occasionally at the bridge table when Jeff played the wrong card!!! We will miss them at the bridge club and my thoughts are with you all at this sad time.
    Love Rosemary

I’m sharing a photo from June 2025 of Danielle surrounded by her friends at Reedham Park Tennis Club. She will be so sadly missed by them all and by me a relative new comer who she made feel so included. My sincere condolences to her whole family, she talked of you often and was very proud of you all.

Dear Danielle, I will miss her SO much. Her laughter, the endless chat we all shared over the net about anything from the joys and struggles of family life, the books we were reading, beauty tips...!
Effortlessly elegant, she could have have looked chic in a bin bag. But far more than that, it was her kindness, interest in other people, cheerfulness and good sense that always struck me. And she never complained at whatever life threw at her, it seemed to me. Just smiled and carried organising tennis for us all.
May God rest her sweet soul and comfort Jeff and their lovely children

I will miss her SO much. Her laughter as we chatted over the net about anything from the joys and struggles of family life to the books we were reading and beauty tips.
Effortlessly elegant, Danielle could look chic in a bin bag but far beyond that it was her cheerfulness, kindness, interest in other people and good sense that always struck me. It was always Danielle who would mark our new balls so that they would not get lost!
And she never complained, it seemed to me. Whatever life threw at her she just carried on, smiling, chatting and organising tennis for us all when she was often unable to play herself.
May God rest her sweet soul and comfort her dear Jeff and lovely children.

Danielle was such a good friend for so very many years and will be deeply missed on and, even more, off the tennis court. She was always there reliably with kindness, fun and common sense, helping me in countless ways. It is heartbreaking that she was taken from us so unexpectedly but she will be remembered always and with love.

    Dear Danielle,
We were so lucky to have had the chance to know you, and will always treasure the memories of our Saturday afternoon doubles games. You were not only a great player, but an even greater person - always so kind and graceful, whether in victory or defeat, and keen to have a chat not only during Saturday afternoon tea, but also before and after club session started. I remember too you staying behind with us on many occasions, well past 5pm, to help us make up a ‘4’ to keep the session going.
I also loved hearing your stories about France, and I’ll never forget the expert travel advice you gave before our trips there. Your warmth and generosity in sharing your experiences meant a lot to me and to Joel, especially when you always took the time to mention how much he'd grown, both in height and in character.

Jeff and family, you’re in our thoughts during this incredibly difficult time. Please accept our heartfelt condolences.

    With deepest sympathy,
Phil and Joel ( your tennis partners and friends from Reedham Park Tennis Club)
