Rest in peace, Simon, you were so kind and caring, always making a joke with every conversation. You're not suffering anymore but that doesn't mean you won't be missed dearly. My heart goes out to the family and hope that may they find comfort in this challenging time
I may have only known you for a short amount of time, but you were a loving and caring father, and a very warm and welcoming person. You have raised a pair of wonderful daughters who will carry your love and memories with them always, so please rest peacefully

Simon, working with you meant laughing with you. Professional, witty, respectful; that was you. You were a star of 210 Squadron - physically up there... shining brightly. 🙌🏿🙏🏾
I feel lucky to have met Simon. Such a warm positive person who I know will be missed by all that knew him. My thoughts are with you, especially his nearest and dearest.
I have been trying to think of the right words before writing this, but there is no right words except it was an honour to know him, to work with him and manage him. He will be missed by many and be in our hearts for ever. I know his name will be mentioned over the years at work and it will always be with fondness and laughter.

I was very sad to hear the passing of Simon. I was Simon’s manager on Openreach when he worked in Eastbourne. I retired 7 years ago but bumped into to him working in the field, about 5 years ago where we had a catch up. I wanted to pass on my thoughts and condolences.
