If somebody ask me to sum up Tom in one word - and we had only got to know each other in this last few years - I would say simply say... kind. So generous with his time and advice and always dispensed with a typical directness and efficiency and with a mischievous grin. I wished we had got to know each other better and finally gone to that Eagles vs Seagulls match together that we so often talked about...
