Sarah, known as Sally, Rosalyn Gregson (née Townsend) died peacefully at home in Cheddington on Thursday 8th October 2020. The cause of death is yet to be ascertained.
Sally was born in Cheltenham in 1974 to Juliet and Phil and was the elder sister to Caroline and Richard. She leaves behind a husband, Simon and their two children, Annabella and Dominic.
Eternally selfless, kind and fun, Sally loved to travel and was deeply and passionately ethical in the way she lived her life. Warm and human in her approach, Sally was a teacher for almost her entire working life, earning the respect and admiration of countless students. A devoted and adoring mother, she threw everything into bringing up her children. She is fondly remembered by all that knew her.
Due to the present circumstances, the funeral will be a private ceremony with limited numbers and no reception. We are hoping, in the early or late spring, when the daffodils or bluebells bloom, to organise a celebration of Sally's life, either in person or if restrictions persist, through people enjoying the flowers of spring in their own way with their loved ones.
If you wish there to be flowers, please plant some at a time you see fit, you may not be able to order any at the moment. Please feel free to donate via this page or write messages of condolence.
