In memory of
Suzanne Louise Hazeltine
Mrs Suzanne Louise Hazeltine of Bewbush, Crawley, passed away at East Surrey Hospital surrounded by her family on the 17th November 2021, aged 41 years.
Sadly missed and dearly loved by her husband Bill, Children Jake and Grace, mother Kathy and sister Debbie as well as many friends and family.
Suzanne’s Requiem Mass will take place at The Friary Church on Friday 3rd December at 1:30pm followed by a private committal at Surrey and Sussex Crematorium. May she rest in peace.
Flowers welcome or Donations if desired to SASH Charity at East Surrey Hospital, care of Ballard & Shortall, Haslett Avenue West, Crawley, RH10 1HS.
