CPJ Field Community Events in Polegate
As part of our Never Alone programme, we run community events for people to meet other like-minded people local to you, for some refreshments and a chat. A selection of events is available in the towns of Eastbourne, Battle, Polegate, and Hailsham.
Available at any time, to anyone, Never Alone provides information and guidance on how to reduce feelings of loneliness. Offering emotional and practical support, plus introductions to local groups and clubs, Never Alone offers a gateway to brighter times ahead.
Across our East Sussex funeral homes, our popular events are a wonderful way to spend some time with others and make friends over a cup of tea or a shared interest.

Needle Felting with Communi-tea Friends
Come along for a coffee and try your hand at the craft of felt needling as well as a chance meet new people, at our free sessions. We meet every month between 10am and 12pm: Friday 7th June, Friday 2nd August, Friday 6th September, Friday 27th September – Macmillan Coffee Morning, Friday 4th October & Friday 1st November. Situated at Haine & Son, 65 High Street, Polegate BN26 6AH.
