In memory of
Charles William Henry Simmonds (Charlie)
Charlie passed away peacefully following a recent diagnosis of cancer. His love of life had already seen him fight a similar diagnosis seventeen years ago – he had a determination to get on with living and laughing. We will all be grateful for the memories of his 90th birthday last August!
Charlie spent his last days in the wonderful care of the Martlets Hospice with his family beside him. He will be deeply missed by his wife Judy, children Rachel and Richard, grandsons Thomas, Harrison and Beau and all that knew him. He was the most wonderful husband, dad and grandad with a great sense of humour and a deep appreciation for the simplest of pleasures in life.
