What should I say that you would understand, Uncle John you were a very special friend and pal. What times we had when I was small, you learning to ride a motorbike and sidecar, that was fun for me, a trip to Banbury Hospital with the top of your finger in a bag! The family times at Nan and Grandads on a Saturday. The fun at Hethe fete especially when Dad got shot in the leg. Helping me when my Dad died always there a steady hand to guide me. How I’m going to miss our special Friday lunches and our wee nostalgic meanderings. An Uncle, a mentor, a very special friend. I miss you.
