Dear Gaye and family,

We are very sorry to hear about your sudden and unexpected loss. Paul was always pleasant and friendly although somewhat taciturn.
The last time we saw him, not long ago, was walking in the village where we stopped for a chat. He told us that he had recently retired and was so looking forward to spending more time with you and travelling places with you. Lockdown put paid to these plans, he was so disappointed.

So sad to lose a very good and loyal friend too early. Memories of moving to MK in '79 and playing at Bletchley, often packing down behind Paul. So many good, fun times. Paul and Gaye visited us in France several times. Rest well my friend. Stay strong Gaye, Tom and 'Tasha. A Bientot

I was shocked and saddened to hear of Pauls' passing - my condolences to Paul's family

I worked with Paul on some very large and complex projects in London. He had a nickname "the chancellor" he was so intuitive with numbers. I will always remember his jokes and dry humour. My deepest sympathies and heartfelt best wishes go out to all of the family.

My cousin Paul was always fun to be with, happy and sociable from childhood and throughout his life. Many memorable occasions come to mind, when we spent holidays in Simpson with my Aunt and Uncle. He was always up to mischief in his own lovable way whether it be driving us around the field in an old banger, playing in the stream or putting sand down our backs. Great times!
In later life we did not see so much of him when he was more involved with his own family, work and building a grand future for them all. He mixed well with people, enjoyed his rugby and socialised easily being a supportive member of his local community. He was always a hard worker and he loved his family.
His sudden death is such a shock, he should still be with us enjoying his retirement.
Our thoughts, at this sad time are with Gaye, Tom, Tasha, Auntie Sheila, Anne, Mike and family.
