Oh Claire, it doesn’t seem long since we were getting up to our antics at school and quoting Blackadder constantly. I’m glad we got to do some fun stuff together this year and I have many memories that make me smile even though I am sad.
When I think of the unfairness of it all - ‘how rude’ springs to mind!
Love you loads xx

You were such an inspiration to me, both professionally and personally, I will miss our chats and excitement on films and programmes being released. Our conversations on history and your advice on Ellie and James with my concerns on their futures, you always helped me to see things from the right perspective. I only knew you for a few years but you touched me as you were a clever, true and strong lady. You will be forever in my thoughts, Angela x

Am so sorry for your loss. I went to school with Claire and she was one of my very best friends. We never lost touch but we spoke far less than we should have. So many happy memories of that quirky cat and her love of Blackadder, Agatha Christie and Gone with the wind. How she made us all laugh all the time. I will be raising a glass and looking at old pics and remembering the vivacious, funny one in a million that was our Clarabelle x

I keep listening to your voice notes. I keep wanting to tell you things, knowing you’ll roll your eyes replying, “Seriously, LaaaaRA!!” or “What do you mean?”.

Until we meet again - whenever I need advice, I will always ask myself “What would Claire do?”.

Love you! #WWCD

Claire, I'll never forget the day you taught me how to say 'omelette' instead of 'umlette'...I was thirty something years old! You couldn't stop laughing and I was in shock because no one ever corrected me!

You were such a strong and amazing person and always made me laugh. Rest in peace xxx

Taken far too soon and although I didn't get to see you as much as I would've liked to later on in life, I always loved getting updates from your Dad about his girls were doing and I will always treasure the fond memories I have of you from the times you used to babysit me, spending time together at Nan's, and the trip to Ireland.

Rest in peace cuz, forever in our minds and our hearts.

Thinking of you always Claire and especially today, I found you quite intimidating the first day we met at work but soon realised you were so very clever with a wicked sense of humour! I’ll remember you fondly every time I visit the Odeon but I’ll really miss the film reviews! Love always Glenda xx
