It’s been a long time since I last saw you, but the memories I have with you are fondly treasured. Despite me maintaining I didn’t like eggs, you insisted I tried one of your fried egg sandwiches, and ever since then I’ve loved eggs and the sandwich has become one of my comfort foods. You made a banging roast dinner, with delicious Yorkshire puddings. You taught me how to roll a cigarette! And you and Leslie hosted epic Halloween parties. But most importantly, I got to see you in your element, being a devoted father and husband. A real family man, and my thoughts are with all of them as they mourn your passing. Sorry it’s taken so long for me to write this.. I didn’t want to believe it, I know it’s been a while since we last saw each other but the memories of you will be there forever! You was a massive part of my childhood… carnivals and Christmas are major memories that will never leave, but so is the time you followed me and Sam home (knicking peoples flowers to make perfume to sell to Megan 🤦♀️) you picked up all the flowers we thought were not good enough for an amazing perfume (we didn’t know you was behind us 🤣) you went mad at us when usually you would of laughed at us! As Sam would agree I am sure? We were shocked… a couple of days later you laughed with us and told us not to leave evidence 🤦♀️ we really believed you was cross 🤣🤣 you saw bad moments in my life and was always a shoulder to cry on then, you told me many of times I was like a daughter to you and I really believe you felt that 😘 thankyou for being in my life and for making it more enjoyable… you and my dad together really were one of a kind and people that deserve to go down in history! This has been the hardest thing I've ever had to deal with. Losing you to far to soon should never have happened. As your final farewell is getting near the more real it feels. I hope you liked what we done for you. We will carry you like you always said we had to do. It was one of the only wish's we all knew you wanted. I was just sat here remembered the times you and mum used to let me stay up late and party with all your friends. I used to always drink the top off your beer. Then act all silly.
