Phil was a true gentleman. I enjoyed working with him on Projects with Ford where he was extremely professional. I am sorry for your loss.

A kind and generous man with a great sense of fun. A great engineer with the rare capacity to simplify complex technical matters to a level that a non-engineer could readily grasp. I am so saddened that he has gone, and offer my heartfelt condolences to his family.

Phil was one of the best Engineers that I have had the pleasure to work with - he came from a practical foundation and applied his knowledge in an exceptionally pragmatic and effective manner. Phil was one of those people who I just enjoyed spending time with, either at work or socially. His positive outlook and jovial approach to all things made him a ‘stand-out’ character in my memories. Phil was a great role model to us all.

Very glad I made it to the ceremony today, but sorry I couldn\'t stay for the wake. Beautiful service. I just wanted to say how sad I was to hear of Phil\'s early passing. Phil was always so helpful, positive and kind when I worked along side him. He was one of the few who really had passion and was intent on doing the right thing. I lost my mum 9 months ago, but I can\'t imagine your loss. All I can say is from my journey that it is true if you can keep him in mind he\'ll never be gone.
