By an unknown Poet ... scroll down
Right now I’m in a different place
And though we seem apart
I’m closer than I ever was,
I’m there inside your heart.
I’m with you when you greet each day
And while the sun shines bright
I’m there to share the sunsets, too
I’m with you every night.
I’m with you when the times are good
To share a laugh or two,
And if a tear should start to fall
I’ll still be there for you.
And when that day arrives
That we no longer are apart,
I’ll smile and hold you close to me,
Forever in my heart.
Shine brightly on…
Glistening frost on window panes
Dewy mornings and glinting rain
Blinking strings of Christmas lights
Sparks from fires crackling bright
Twinkling candles on a birthday cake
Sunshine rippling across a lake
Snowflakes falling shimmering white
The shining moon and stars at night
Fireworks brightening the darkest sky
The cheeky twinkle in a grandchild’s eye
Jewellery glinting on a passing stranger
Sun after the storm and a glorious rainbow
Your sparkle continues for all to see
Shine brightly on, our brilliant Charlene 💎
Remembering fondly our times spent studying and writing essays together, having many valued discussions about education whilst being fussed over by her Nan! Xx
Sending you love and light, beautiful lady 🤍

Dear Donna, Doug, Tony, Gary, Dean and all of Charlene's family,
Thank you so very much for sharing Charlene with us.
She became a treasured, valued and respected part of our small family and will be missed forever. She has left a lasting legacy that is testament to her passion, talent and extraordinary knowledge. If we all loved and excelled at our work as much as Charlene did the world would surely be a better place.
She is missed every day and our thoughts will be with you all on the 18th and on every day that passes without her.
Sending you all our love and affection,
Jonno and Pippa.
