To Adrian and the family of Maurice

We have just called Blind Veterans UK (St Dunstans) and heard the very sad news of Maurice’s passing. We are so sorry to hear of his recent passing and we send our heartfelt condolences to you.
We live in Letchworth and got to know Maurice when he visited Violet Shrimpton (we were next door neighbours)and kept in touch with Maurice after Violet passed away in 2019. Maurice was such a gentleman and we loved our chats.

We have very fond memories of Maurice and will miss him. We enjoyed seeing him at St Dunstans too but Covid restrictions meant we haven’t been able to get down over the past couple of years.
