Dearest Jen - I’m so grateful for having you in my life these past 20 years. The most loving, thoughtful and kind ‘second mum’ to me and best grandma I could ever have wished for Luke.

The way you bore this devastating illness with such characteristic positivity and grace was inspirational. You will be forever in my thoughts and my heart ❤️ Rest in peace, beautiful lady.
