I was a carer at Maids Moreton Hall. This is where I met Ann. She use to tell me all her wonderful stories about travelling the world. Ann was very gentle and big hearted. I’m very grateful I got the chance to care for Ann.
I went to MMH last week for a visit. I sat with Ann for a bit.

Sally & I offer deepest sympathy to Anne’s immediate and t her extended family on her passing.
I had the privilege of her company on two occasions, in her home place, Buckingham, and then in Dublin, Ireland.
On both occasions I found her to be a font of knowledge which she shared willingly to an attentive listener. I believe her capacity to share was a hallmark of her personality and singled her out as a great teacher who contributed positively to the people inhabiting her world.

A friend of my Mum, Betty Ballard, who sadly passed away January 2021. I know that Mum would have wanted to have said thank you to Ann for her friendship and also her support for the Needle and Thread Society. May you rest in peace.
