As time is passing, it's not getting easier. Each day, each week something new happens and we miss not being able to talk to you. Poppy has started crawling and you'd usually be one of the first to know! We have to comfort ourselves now and know that you will always be the first to know what's going on as you'll forever be looking down on us checking the girls are doing well and being good.

Phyllis my wonderful mother-in-law (MUM), you welcomed me into your heart over 30 years ago.
Your heart was warm and loving, you never judged me, you had my back.
You were there when I needed a shoulder to cry on, you were there when I needed a mum.
You were there when I needed to laugh. You were by my side always.
You were there when I needed to tell you about each and every baby surprise, your Grandchildren watching the delight in your face each and every time
I remember the joy in your face when me and Mark finally said we were getting married, your face lit up like a light bulb.
We had fun on our family holidays in the caravans in Clacton and on the beaches in Tenerife. You never complained about the hills we ventured up and down you just went along with the flow because it made you happy seeing everyone else happy.
I will miss our meet ups every month at either yours or our house especially you asking us over for dinner on a Sunday but me coming over to cook it.
I miss you each and everyday mum, and I promise I will always look after Mark, Charlie, Mekela, Toni Louise and Grayson.
You will always be in my thoughts. x
