We were blessed to have had this special man join our family over 60 years ago. We have so many happy memories of wonderful family occasions spent together. A lovely warm-hearted, affectionate and always helpful brother-in law whom we shall miss dreadfully. Forever in our thoughts and in our hearts.

A valuable and much-loved member of the family has left us and moreover one who quietly but surely made such a success of his of his life. I shall always remember him for the beneficial part he played in my own life as a treasured brother-in-law and husband to a dear sister Joan – and furthermore as father and grandfather of those who loved him so well and to whom he has ever remained an exemplar of warmth, security and affection.
