Jemma was a warm, bubbly, friendly, kind, compassionate lady. I knew her as a fellow Peer Support Worker for FND Hope UK. She was a fierce advocate for FND and passionate about making a difference to the lives of those with the condition and their families. I will miss her. The FND community will miss her. An amazing lady taken too soon. Lots of love to to her wonderful family.
